Membership FAQ
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month — cancel anytime before your next billing date from your member account. You can also pause for up to three months per year.
Is there an initiation fee?
Each tier has a one-time initiation fee charged with your first month. It covers your onboarding, member credentials and welcome experience.
Are events included?
Member events on our calendar are included with every tier. A small number of signature events (the annual gala, select workshops) may carry a separate ticket price.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Each tier includes a monthly allotment of guest passes — from 5 on Access to unlimited on Founder. Guests must be accompanied by a member.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual memberships save roughly 15% versus paying monthly. Ask our membership team to switch your plan to annual billing.
Is my membership transferable?
Individual memberships are personal and non-transferable. Corporate memberships include a set number of transferable seats you can reassign between team members.
